Commencement of the class to foster the Vietnamese language for officials of Lao People's Revolutionary Party

In the opening remark, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Thao, Vice President of the Academy warmly welcomed the officials taking part in the course. He also expressed his honor on behalf of the Academy to be assigned by the Party, State and people of Viet Nam and Laos to provide the training for senior managers and leaders of the two countries which has helped to reinforce the relationship between Vietnam and Laos. He finished the speech by wishing the officials with lots of positive experience, learning and memories during the three months studying and living within the Academy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Envoy Phomma Sitsena from the Embassy of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Vietnam expressed his gratitude to the Academy for providing training to senior managers and leaders of  Lao Party. He affirmed that this course is the continuance of the long-term and reliable cooperation between the two Parties and the countries towards the 55th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations (5/9/1962-5/9/2017) and the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation (18/7/1977-18/7/2017).
